Return Policy
POLICY
RETURNS
30-day return window from delivery date. Kit must be unmounted, unused, and in original packaging. Tested-fit kits are eligible for exchange, not refund.
WHAT QUALIFIES
- Full refund if the kit is in unopened original packaging with all hardware sealed.
- 90% refund ($120 restocking fee on $1,200 kits) if the box was opened but the kit was never bolted to a car.
- Exchange only if the kit was test-fit (any sign of mounting / friction marks on the flanges).
- No refund on kits visibly installed and driven (heat-blueing on the pipes, road grime, exhaust deposits).
NOT RETURNABLE
- Replacement carbon fiber tips (sold standalone)
- Damaged-from-misuse items (e.g. valve actuators broken from forcing)
- Custom-engraved or modified kits (we don’t do customs yet but reserving the policy)
HOW TO INITIATE
Email returns@qhceexhaust.com (or use the contact form) within 30 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Reason for return (one line is fine)
- Photo of the kit’s current condition
You’ll receive an RMA number and a prepaid UPS return label within 24 hours. Pack the kit in the original box and drop at any UPS Store.
REFUND TIMELINE
- Day 0: Kit arrives at our Bethlehem, PA warehouse
- Day 1-2: Inspection
- Day 3: Refund issued to original payment method
- Day 5-10: Funds visible on your statement (depends on bank)
WARRANTY (SEPARATE)
