SHIPPING
All catbacks ship from our Bethlehem, PA warehouse via UPS Ground. First inventory drop is June 1, 2026. Pre-orders ship in the order received.
RATES
- Free UPS Ground on orders $1,000+ within the continental US (CONUS).
- $50 flat for orders under $1,000 (only applies to carbon-tip replacement sets).
- +$75 surcharge for AK / HI / PR / US territories.
- Local pickup available at our Bethlehem shop — choose at checkout, save $0 either way but skip the carrier wait.
TRANSIT TIMES
- Northeast (PA, NY, NJ, CT, MA, MD, DE): 1-2 business days
- Mid-Atlantic + Midwest: 2-4 business days
- South + Mountain: 4-5 business days
- West Coast: 5-7 business days
ORDER PROCESSING
Pre-orders ship in the order they were placed once inventory arrives June 1, 2026. After June: orders placed before noon ET ship same-day. After noon ships next business day. Saturday + Sunday orders ship Monday.
TRACKING
UPS tracking number emails within 24 hours of label generation. If you don’t see one within 48 hours of your ship date, check your spam folder before messaging us.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
304 stainless catbacks are tough. The carbon fiber tips are not. If the box arrives crushed, photograph it BEFORE opening and email us within 48 hours — we’ll file the UPS claim and ship a replacement at no cost. Damage reported after 48 hours requires UPS adjuster sign-off which can take 2-3 weeks.
INTERNATIONAL
Not currently offered. We’re US-only through 2026. Customs / VAT / brokerage adds complexity we haven’t sorted yet. If you’re abroad and want a kit, email us and we’ll consolidate demand for a 2027 international launch.
