TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern your use of qhceexhaust.com and any QHCE product purchase. By placing an order you accept them in full.
1. WHO YOU’RE BUYING FROM
QHCE Exhaust Systems is a sole proprietorship registered in Pennsylvania, USA. All transactions are governed by Pennsylvania law. Contact: hello@qhceexhaust.com.
2. ORDERING
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email with a unique order number. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, payment dispute, or addressed to a sanctioned region. Full refund issued on cancelled orders within 5 business days.
3. PRICING
All prices are in USD. Sale prices are valid through the stated promotion window. Posted prices include the catback kit, all hardware, and the remote / keyfob / controller. They do not include shipping (calculated at checkout) or applicable sales tax (calculated based on shipping address).
4. SHIPPING
See Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer at the moment the carrier picks up the package from our warehouse.
5. RETURNS
See Return Policy for full details. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
6. WARRANTY
Lifetime structural warranty on the pipes (cracks, weld failures, rust-through). 2-year warranty on the electronic actuator and remote system. 90-day warranty on cosmetic finish (tips, laser engraving). Warranty does not cover damage from accident, abuse, modification, or installation error.
7. OFF-ROAD USE
QHCE catbacks are sold as off-road / track use only products. See the Off-Road Disclaimer. Buyer assumes responsibility for compliance with local noise and emissions regulations.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All site content (logos, copy, photos, product designs) is QHCE intellectual property. Don’t reproduce it without written permission. Product designs are protected by US patent law (pending applications).
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
QHCE’s total liability on any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including but not limited to lost wages, tow charges, citation fines, or impoundment fees.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
11. CHANGES
QHCE may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or future orders constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
