LIFETIME WARRANTY
Every QHCE catback carries a lifetime structural warranty on the pipework. If a pipe cracks, a weld fails, or stainless rusts through under normal use, we replace it. No fine-print games.
WHAT'S COVERED — LIFETIME
- 304 stainless pipe cracking under normal road/track use
- Weld seam failure (any TIG joint we made)
- Rust-through of the stainless tubing or muffler shell
- Mounting flange or bracket structural failure
2 YEARS — ELECTRONICS
- Electronic valve actuators (motor + servo)
- Wireless remote, key-fob switch, in-cabin controller
- Wiring harness and connectors
90 DAYS — COSMETIC FINISH
- Carbon fiber tip clear-coat and weave finish
- QHCE laser engraving
- Polished surface finish
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Damage from accident, impact, curb strikes, or off-road abuse beyond intended use
- Improper installation (cross-threaded hardware, over-torqued clamps, missing gaskets)
- Heat discoloration / bluing of the tips — this is normal and expected on any stainless exhaust
- Corrosion from road salt left uncleaned over multiple winters
- Modifications to the kit (cutting, re-welding, mixing with other brands' parts)
HOW TO CLAIM
Email warranty@qhceexhaust.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 48 hours. Approved structural claims ship a replacement part free; you cover return shipping of the failed part only if we ask for it back.
TRANSFERABILITY
The lifetime structural warranty stays with the kit, not the owner — if you sell your car with the exhaust installed, the new owner keeps the coverage. The electronics and cosmetic warranties are original-purchaser only.
